Wiggins W900 Clamshell Couplings are "quick release" couplings designed for use with low/medium pressure (Operating pressure 125 PSI) fabricated aluminium water, oil and air. The unique design of the clamp allows for +/- 4° of angular misalignment and also 6.35mm total axial movement with rigid pipe/tube assemblies. Combining lightness and strength, Wiggins clamps also eliminate the necessity of heavy and untidy hose clips, whilst saving assembly time.

The W900 range uses a locking latch design, that can be coupled/uncoupled with one hand. The locking latch eliminates the need for lock wire.

Wiggins clamps are used in high level motorsport globally; the lightweight design of these clamps in conjunction with the ability to connect/disconnect in seconds make the W900 a popular choice.

The W900 has been qualified to the military and aerospace requirements of specifications MIL-C-22263. Plus over twenty years of proven reliability within the motorsports industry.
